One of my favorite places to grab a quick bite in the downtown area. H-Mart is awesome in terms of price and quality. You need to go to the top floor to get to the prepared meals. They have lots of interesting Korean and Japanese fare.

Go up on the second floor, there is a Korean food court where you can try out authentic Korean meal all in less than $10.
